Upon introduction, we’ll discuss your event production needs, such as the type of event, event purpose and goals, schedule, location, number of attendees, budget and more.

We’ll prepare your custom pricing structure, which details the services, our level of involvement and costs, including our flat project fee. Clients prefer this flat fee (vs a la carte), as it’s predicable and cost-saving.

As the event planning begins, you will be assigned a dedicated, experienced event account manager, who will take the lead on your custom event production.
